MetaStream

MetaStream was a program created by the MetaCreations Corporation and used by Volition on the official FreeSpace 2 site to render previews of ships in pseudo-3D for public viewing. Some of these MetaStream viewers included descriptions that differed from the final texts. These have been reproduced within the Wiki in the appropriate articles under "FS2 MetaStream Model Description".
