===Tech Room Description===
The Star Alliance Ioa class battleship is a massive warship that uses weaponry never before seen in the GTVA. It is two times the size of an Orion, but has the same number of gun turrets. Unlike the Orion, the Ioa has no known fitted beam weapons. Instead, it uses highly destructive Meson Pulse Lasers mounted in its six main 4-gun turrets. To make up for lack of anti-fighter beams, the Ioa uses a masterful piece of weaponry: Anti-Fighter Pulse (AFP) Lasers. While these lasers do not deal much damage in a single shot, they are capable of extreme rates of fire, and a range of 1500 meters, 1.5 times as far as a flak battery. In addition, the AFP turrets have complementary flak cannons, should the AFP's fail.
