The GTF Keres is the Alliance's most elite fighter. With sixteen forward gun mounts, it can rival the offensive capability of light cruisers. A respectable performance rating from its enormous Kaimler-II reactor enables it to engage targets at very high speeds. The Keres was developed to destroy advanced Shivan wings in as little time as possible, a mandate which it has proven very able. Keres fighters are issued only to the very best of Allied pilots.
