Starr Corporation's Sunrider class fighter is the second in their IronHawk range of combat equipped non military fighters. While the original IronHawk was a tough, expensive fighter designed for Mercs or possible military use, the Sunrider is a much more benign vessel, with an emphasis on agility rather than hitting power. It has also been designed to be as cheap as possible, both to purchase and to maintain, making it one of the most common fighters in space, especially among non professionals. Most often used more as a transport than a true combat fighter, the Sunrider packs few weapons and is rarely any threat to a military pilot.
