The Danta-class appears to be a new heavy assault design. Six primary banks and a fair sized secondary load make her very dangerous to anything below corvette size. Fortunately, the Danta is not as well-specified as the Gorgon in agility and protection, but is nevertheless a more damaging opponent when firing all its weapons simultaneously. Even worse, the Danta can launch a powerful 'hunter drone' which, although easy to evade, can destroy a full-strength fighter if hit.<br />
