The campaign consists of mostly standard type missions. Not bad, but not really good either. At times the abundant typos and ambiguous wordings make the de/briefings and messages simply impossible to understand. The missions are fairly well balanced all around, though.

A few fairly good Battle of Endor type battles. One of the better FS1 campaigns, by that standard.

Well, you can immediately get some mixed feelings from this one. The English is actually very hard to understand, and some of the names are quite funny. For example Betelgeuse became BettleJuice, Delta Serpentis got renamed to Delta Serpentus and a couple of other stuff. Also, during the campaign, except the RTB message, no other messages will appear. Also, no directives. However, the missions are a lot of fun, and you can easily get 20-25 kills from each. Good BOE's indeed. However it is to be noted that most of the bombers do not have any bombs loaded whatsoever, and most of the Terran ships are loaded with ML-16 Lasers, which are useless against shields. ktistai228, 9:18 GMT+2, 18 December 2010

The missions are well-balanced and well-designed otherwise if you carry "normal" weaponry like Prometheus or Avenger. There are a few fairly good Battle of Endor type battles. One of the better FS1 campaigns.

The campaign is still available from the Volitionwatch Archives. However, the Volitionwatch Archives are not being maintained anymore, so it is just a matter of time before the below link stops functioning.

Description

With the destruction of the first Lucifer the Terran-Vasudan Alliance manages to push the Shivans back to Vasuda Prime and take it after a major military engagement take it. But the Alliance runs into a immovable wall of Shivan resistance, and its advance is stopped short. With neither side willing to give ground, the two fleets are gridlocked, but the Alliance losses are tremendous and it is only a matter of time before attrition loses the war for them. This is the story of General Albert Ulysses and his bold but risky plan to fight back and take the war into (and behind) Shivan-held territory, to gain back what was once theirs; their planets and their homes. Ulysses' plan carries with it not only great opportunity, but great risk as well. There is more at risk than just billions of lives but the fate of three races and with it the fate of the galaxy.

The campaign consists of mostly standard type missions. Not bad, but not really good either. At times the abundant typos and ambiguous wordings make the de/briefings and messages simply impossible to understand. The missions are fairly well balanced all around, though.

The download is not VP-packed, only zipped, which means you will have to copy the contents to the appropriate folder.

A few fairly good Battle of Endor type battles. One of the better FS1 campaigns, by that standard.
