Altair IV is one of an undislosed number of sites which have harboured Aincent technology. Fleeing their homeworld as it was ravaged by the SD Lucifer, A group of Vasudan scientist/refugees had to make emergency Landfall as their lifeboat lost power.
They found an Aincent data recorder which possessed key information relating to the Lucifers achilles heel.
