Walkthrough

It is a long and boring mission. The nebula is very disturbing while you are aiming, so do not get nervous after the hundredth miss. Simple use warheads here. I suggest double bank of GTM Harpoons and of course, GTW Subach HL-7s. The convoy you have to defend consist of freighters and their cargo. You have to defend the freighters. Due to a 'bug', you can leave the cargo be lost, the game won't recognise it was lost. The Shivans use fighters and some bombers to attack the convoy you have to defend. Since the difficulty setting of the Ai is decreased in each nebula mission, I suggets you move on the bombers first.

The SC Malor, a SC Cain-class cruiser will also attack the convoy. The Cain-class is the weakest of all Shivan cruisers, so you won't find it difficult to destroy it. But target and destroy the main beam cannon below its nose to make her effectiveless against the convoy. You can also try to destroy the anti-fighter beam on the down-back part of the ship to give you and your wingmen a better chance to survive. Once the two alliance ships are reached (GTCv Warspite (GTCv Deimos-class) and GTA Lucidity (GTA Charybdis-class)), you are to enter subspace. You have opportunity to call in reinforcements of Medusa bombers. Call them in if the Cain-class occurs much trouble.
