The Deneb Convention is one of several conventions and treaties that define the structure of the Galactic Terran-Vasudan Alliance. It is known that the Deneb Convention dictates the freedom of information through a tier system of secrecy. Each tier is named after a letter of the Greek alphabet, with top secret information classified level Omega. The punitive actions of unauthorized access of classified information are defined in Section 21.3.5.
Another important constitution is the Beta Aquilae Convention.
