Mjolnir Beam is a beam used by the Terrans in the Freespace 2 in GTSG Mjolnir. There are two versions of this beam, a fixed beam and a version that tracks the target like other beams

The fixed version of this beam is a terror, the second most damaging beam (sustained damage / secpmd) of any in Freespace 2, falling behind the dreaded BFRed. There is some debate on how it is fitted into the realitivly small GTSG Mjolnir sentry cannon. The tracking version of this beam is more or less equivalent to the BGreen in sustained damage / second, but has a faster refire rate of seven seconds (compared to the BGreen). You'll notice in The King's Gambit that the "fixed" variant is fairly innacurrate, while the "tracking" variant tracks its target.
