Pan-Galactic Treaty

The Pan-Galactic Treaty was first drafted upon formal diplomatic contact between the Terran and Vasudan governments, but was rejected by both sides. The cease-fire and non-aggression pact in 2335 that ended The 14-Year War was based on this treaty.
