:Indeed.  The site is getting older and older without being maintained (I'm actually surprised it's still up) so there are more and more problems with downloading.  Nevertheless, I've downloaded stuff from it before without being logged in.  In fact, I don't recall ever logging into that site except for once before someone told me it wasn't necessary. --[[User:Goober5000|Goober5000]] 05:32, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

Ya, but now it's borked. Once upon a blue moon I downloaded everything that was still working (it was never a technical marvel, anyways, that VWA thing), and VP packed/voiced/bugfixed/streamlined the whole lot. IIRC, only some three outta four files actually worked and were downloadable. Today it's gone, tho. R.I.P. (Then again, please don't tell me you ''can'' download stuff from the VWA..) --[[User:Selectah|Selectah]] 19:12, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

In G5K's words "VWA doesn't require an account to download, only to review". Maybe so, but I'm hard pressed to download anything from the archives. Other than a MySQL error message, of course. IMHO all links to the VWA should mention this. --Selectah 20:34, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
