A separate page for non-canon characters?
Judging from the list, if all characters from fanmade campaigns were to be added, they'd literally engulf the canon ones. It may be a good idea, eventually, to create a dedicated page for said persons, or let each fanmade continuity have their own page. - Mobius on October 25th, 2020 (11:07 UTC).
- I don't know. As you said, eventually. There are only four user-made campaigns included here, which is quite manageable currently. Harbison
If you feel so inclined, you might want to check out the data files of the Descent: FreeSpace demo. In there you will find a file predictably named "readme.txt", with a date stamp of April 20, 1998. It will hold all the answers you are looking for. Thank you. 20:45, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
- Forgot to mention; unless you were able to figure it out, the relevant demo data file you are looking for is called "_user1.cab". Universal Extractor™ is your friend. As a plus, the CAB files [in all the games] hold additional information, tidbits you seem to be unaware of. The old V sites and proggies are filled with tiny tidbits of info. There are seemingly even further clues to the somewhat mythical Juggernath cruiser and how it is connected to Alex McCarthy. The Wayback Machine™ is your friend. And so on. 20:55, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
