The Deneb Convention is one of several conventions and treaties that define the structure of the [[GTVA]]. It is known that the Deneb Convention dictates the freedom of information, through a tier system of secrecy. Each tier is named after a letter of the Greek alphabet, with top secret information classified level Omega. The punitive actions of unauthorized access of classified information is defined in Section 21.3.5.
