Canon Only
Can we please reserve this category for canon weapons only? We did the same thing with the Ships category. We can create a Category:User-made Weapons category for non-canon stuff like we did for non-canon ships, too. - Snail 21:43, 22 May 2010 (UTC)
Damage ratings
From the statistics on the FRED 2 Zone(http://home.att.net/~clay.h/fs2/beamfaq.htm#BEAMTABLE), it appears somthing is wrong, for example, from the stats on the Wiki, the damage / second of the BVas is lower than the BGreen but the damage statistics in the FRED 2 Zone the damage / minute of the BVas is greater than the BGreen.
They do seem like they might be wrong but the damage / second is damage caused every second when the weapon is firing and the damage / pulse is damage caused by single full shot from the weapon. However it is the statistic Sustained Damage Potential in Weapon Comparison (FS2) that equals the FRED 2 Zones damage / minute scale. BTW You can sign your comments with four tildes ~~~~. like this..
