Tech Room Description

The Sirona class destroyer is the newest combat destroyer in the GTVA arsenal. Desgined to finally replace the aging Orion fleet, the Sirona is much more powerful than an Orion and is capable of mounting a much more effective anti-fighter defense. While the new Hecate class destroyers excelled as flagships and as command and control ships for fighter squadrons, they had failed to live up to expectations in direct warship combat. The Sirona was designed as a heavy combat escort for the Hecate, and has been proven to improve a Hecate's combat survivability by fifty percent in a combat zone. Like it's predecessor, the Sirona is equipped with the fighter bay common to all destroyers, allowing it to perform solo missions and engagements.
