Most warships are equiped with a high-performance Central Generator, which produces energy for all energy systems, engines, shields, weapons and electronic energy.
Energy can be diverted from one system to another. Care is to be taken while doing so, overloading systems cause the energy systems to malfunction.
Misc notes
The GTCv Deimos is known for its high-capacity generator.
