Basic Shivan weapon.

Odd as it may seem, Shivan laser weapons do really poor damage to their targets, apparently Shivans depend on the quality of there ships and their vast numbers much more than they depend on their weapons. The Shivan Light Laser is the least efficent and does the least damage per second of any of the Shivan lasers.
