Inferno Release 1 Tech Room Description
The gargantuan Tanen carrier is a dominating presence on the battlefield. Although it was originally armed with only small beam weapons to suit its class, the Tanen had so much extra power produced in its advanced Pharess reactor core that the extra forward firepower was justified. The Tanen provides advanced command and control facilities for its attending fleet, and is similar to the Warlock in most aspects of performance.
Flames of War Tech Room Description
The Tanen is the Vasudan version of the Galaxy. Slightly smaller but otherwise comparable to it in every respect. The Tanen has one large fighterbay and launches fighters more slowly than the Galaxy. It also has all beam firepower positioned forward for deady assaults, but this makes it rather vulnerable on defense.
