The TC-TRI is carried by GTFr Triton.

FS2 Tech Room Description

TC-TRI containers are made by Triton Dynamics specifically to house fragile replacement parts for TD vessels that must be repaired in the field. Once these parts have been placed in storage at a repair facility, the GTVA reuses the containers in many capacities.

Comparable to the SAC 3, the TC-TRI is a quite big yet very fragile cargo container. It has 300 hitpoints, which is only 10 points more than that of the GTF Myrmidon. Even when attacking the GTFr Triton that's carrying it, you may find that you accidentally blow the container before the freighter itself. Even using Tempests against these is a waste of rockets.
