Tech Room Description

The GTWc Gryphon, the first of the new cruiser class, was secretly developed 2 years ago as an escort ship designed to protect supply convoys from pirate fighters. It superbly achieves this purpose of combating fighter wings, but its anti-capship weaponry is very limited. As such, it is best suited in attacking smaller ships and other cruisers. The Gryphon can also carry a complement of 8 fighters (albeit in uncomfortable conditions), allowing it to serve as a makeshift dropship.
