Description:
Blue Planet Tech Room Description
Vishnu, the Great Preserver of the Universe and the master of the past, present and future. The Vishnan Preserver appears to be the manifestation of the will behind the Vishnan race, of which the full capabilities are unknown. The Vishnans are the only race we have seen so far whose capabilities match those of the Shivans.
