turret-lock
	Sets one or more turret weapons to NOT allow firing for a given ship
	1: Ship to be operated on
	2, 3, etc : List of turrets to deactivate

This SEXP can be used for bomber turrets, too. This operator will not disable the given bomber's primary weapons; that's a different SEXP.
