Clear-goals

This SEXP removes every goal for the specified ships, including those issued by the player through the communications menu. Use this if you want the specified ships to absolutely forget every order that was issued beforehand. If you want to override existing orders with new ones, complement it with the add-goal SEXP, but remember that the clear-goal must precede the add-goal in the event hierarchy.
