This is for mods which are not meant as replacements for stock models. Meaning that, an HTL version of the GTFr Chronos does not belong here. Modified stock models on other hand may be acceptable. Ie the GTFr Aether is a Chronos with a pod attached and an extra turret. Also, that means no to retextures! - ktistai228, 10:15 PM GMT+2 12 may 2011
- Is this about the GTC Marauder? I don't think it's such a blasphemy to have one extra ship on this Wiki, even if it is just a simple reskin. Everybody has to start somewhere. - Snail 19:29, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
- Blasphemy? No. But I think we already had this talk regarding the Hydra. There are a lot of ships already, and adding retextures of canon ships is just a waste of time for those that wan't to browse around. Also to be noted, I have nothing against it being on the wiki. I have quite a lot against it being on the User-made Ships page.
- I read that line, but since the Marauder was retabled, I didn't really think about it. - Apollo 21:05, 13 May 2011
- Maybe we should continue the discussion about having an extra list for reskins. BTW, ktistai, please sign your posts with ~~~~, it makes your posts easier to identify and autogenerates the time stamp so it'll save you time, too.
@Apollo: I think the consensus last time this came up was that any reskins, even if they are retabled, weren't really "new ships" in and of themselves. I believe we decided they could have a Wiki page but weren't to be listed on the User-made Ships list (they can still be accessed from Category:User-made Ships). We could reopen that discussion, I think it would be sensible to have a list of reskins as well, especially for "notable" ones like the reskins from Derelict. - Snail 08:57, 14 May 2011 (UTC)

- Okay, sorry about that. - Apollo 13:48, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
- Don't worry, nobody's at fault. - Snail 13:52, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
