Outer Rim Syndicate - Nautilus Armored Cargo Hauler
The Nautilus-class heavy haulers were designed as fast supply ships for frontline military vessels. With EFN bomber strikes on Syndicate light supply vessels, Alcopa Designs were ordered to create a heavy-armoured, massive freighter to provide logistic support for ORS warships more effectively than small Corsairs, Poseidons and Chronosi. The 700-meters long Nautilus was equipped with 14 defensive turrets and heavy cruiser-grade armour to confront enemy fighter and bomber strikes. Freighters of this class had surprisingly high survival rate during the Martian War as their heavy armour was enough to survive strikes from EFN bombers. Very few Nautilus-class haulers survived the Shivan invasion. They later became primary supply depots of the Exodus Fleet.
