Tech Room Description

Modern Terran dreadnoughts have been extensively upgraded from older sisterships such as the Concordia. Originally built to counter Kilrathi designs, they combine the fighter capacity of a fleet carrier with the guns and armor of a battleship. Features include streamlined and more efficient naval design, a keel mounted Mark III plasma cannon to replace the retired Phase Transit Cannon, refitted defensive weaponry, and uprated shielding and armor. There are far fewer Terran dreadnoughts in service compared to the Kilrathi, and those few ships left are exclusively held within the Terran Defense Fleet.
