A Bureaucrat on this Wiki is a user who can edit the user rights of all other users on the Wiki, including one's own. Bureaucrats are the only users on this Wiki who are capable of granting or removing Administrator privileges.
Being a Bureaucrat does not translate into an automatic grant of Administrator privileges; for a Bureaucrat to have the same Wiki-wide editing privileges that Administrator rights offers, one must be granted Administrator rights separately.
