Installation Assault (Multiplayer Mission)
Medal given: SOC Unit Crest.
Minimum difficulty for medal: Hard.
Background
As a member of the NTF, you must destroy a GTVA Installation and it's defenses.
Walkthrough
Pretty simple, obey this list of priorities; Bombers, Turrets, Fighters, Transports - in that order. If the Transports look like they might get away just send 5 trebs at their engine subsystem and they'll be disabled (alternatively 4 trebs and like... two maxim hits..)
If you struggle keeping the Iceni up you'll receive some Aeolus shaped reinforcements, but realistically speaking as long as you keep the fighters/bombers under control this mission it's quite hard to fail it. Maxim and Treb as always are a must, and it helps to have a bomber or two just to kill the station a bit faster, the mission is more or less immediately over after it dies.
Tips
Perched on top of the upper 'arm' of the station is an anti-fighter beam turret. It is imperative for anyone flying bombers to take this out from a distance with either Maxims or Trebuchets or it will cut you to pieces if you try to approach.
The bombers and fighters that spill out of the installation are vulnerable to trebs the moment they come over the crest of the station, they spend quite a long time on a flightpath toward your spawn unless they're instantly engaged by friendly forces, so take advantage of this for free kills.
