Whether an object is in the box specified. If a second ship is specified, the box is relative to that ship's reference frame.
1: Ships or wings to check
	2: Min X
	3: Max X
	4: Min Y
	5: Max Y
	6: Min Z
	7: Max Z
8: Ship to use as reference frame (optional).

Comments

Somewhat similar to num-within-box in effect, but is-in-box can use a dynamic reference ship. Num-within-box requires a get object position SEXPs to make dynamic).
