Hello, Tek. Welcome to Hard Light Productions.
Please understand that HLP has come under heavy bot attacks recently, so as a temporary measure, the admins decided to tie all registrations to admin approval. Since there are a whole bunch of users requesting registration, and our admin pool is limited, a successful registration takes time. I will make a post about your case in the forum to accelerate your registration. It is quite obvious you are not a bot, so there is after all no reason to keep you waiting.

I tried to register as "tek" about 3 times with different email addresses. I prefer to be registered with my yahoo account if possible.
I understand the need to keep out bots - and I have no pressing items to post to the forum as of yet.
