       Sets the maximum speed of a ship while flying waypoints
       1: Ship name
       2: Maximum speed while flying waypoints
       NOTE: This will only work if the ship is already in the game
       NOTE: Set to -1 to reset

Comments

• Used to make a ship fly waypoints at a specific speed.
• You cannot make a ship faster than its tabled value with this SEXP.
