Tech Room Description
Blackwood station has been the administrative centre of EP for about eight years, ever since Enif was retired. It started life as a standard Ganymede docking ring before the Alliance decided to upgrade it and make it into a full station, as a testbed for similar conversions in other systems. They eventually abandoned the project as too costly and started working on a properly integrated repair outpost, but Blackwood was nearly finished by then.
In addition to administration, Blackwood also serves as the major regional repair facility for Alliance warships, so we get plenty of traffic through here.
