Description
Wings of Dawn Tech Room Description
The HEDM-3 is a dumbfire rocket with a high payload. When the projectile impacts with a target or runs out of fuel, it explodes with a small shockwave capable of breaking up enemy fighter formations. Also an effective weapon against smaller capital ships.
Name Origin
Spiritus Lucis is a spell in the anime/manga "Mahou Sensei Negima!".

The only dumbfire missile you can use in WoD. However, this thing can turn every slow-enough fighter into dust. I like to use it if Zy or Hertak fighters show up.
