Outer Rim Syndicate - Aegir Sentry Gun

Designed as a replacement for outdated Watchdog and Cerberus sentry guns, the Aegir platform is the basic automatic defensive turret in the Syndicate arsenal. The Aegir is basically a miniaturized ion reactor with two independent turrets equipped with the Pulsar PC-9g or the Prometheus. A heavier version is equipped with a pair of Redeemer gattling guns. Factory ships are able to mass production the Aegir, so sentries are widely used to protect ORS mining operations and Colony Fleet staging areas.
