In the FreeSpace community, the terms has earned the meaning of "[[User:Goober5000|Goober]]/[[User:Galemp|Galemp]] canon". G-canon is used to define the changes made by Goober5000 and Galemp to the [[Silent Threat]] campaign to have [[Silent Threat: Reborn]] as final result.

==Notable differences==
*One of the most notable characteristics of G-canon is related the [[Galactic Terran Intelligence|GTI's]] ideas and motives: in ST:R, in fact, the GTI has an evident anger towards the [[Vasudans]] as one of the main factors influencing the rogue faction's decisions and moves, similar to that noticed in the [[Neo-Terran Front]]. This did not happen in the original Silent Threat.
