All factions in the FS Universe are capable of sending two or more wings at once, so I don't understand why a wing of bomber should be left without escort for about 15-20 seconds. I proposed 1-2 seconds because 0 is innatural and any delay greater than 4 may compromise the validity of messages. Imagine a wingman or CO saying "Incoming bombers with fighter escort!" when there are no hostile fighters near those bombers - that'd be weird. It's even more weird to set a considerable delay, like the one you proposed: the escort would jump in when the bombers are either a) too close to their target or b)nearly decimated(or under heavy attack) so it wouldn't make sense at all. --- [[User:Mobius|Mobius]] | ||
