The Chronos is a freighter of civilian design. As the Terran Vasudan war dragged on, more and more of these vessels were commissioned by the GTA for use in military operations. These vessels are slow but strong.

I've always liked these freighters, far more so than the overblown, Nimitz hauling Triton. They remind me of a semi-truck with armor and a Turret. They don't do to well in actual combat, so watch'em, they are shown in some cutscenes with two turrets, but only have one in-game.

Much better than Triton. Not only are they smaller, but they have TWICE the hitpoints!
