There's little canon info regarding this engagement, and it comes only from the tech description of the GVD Typhon. This engagement was part of the Terran-Vasudan War and turned out to be a major defeat for the Galactic Terran Alliance: the Vasudans sortied a Typhon-class destroyer, the first one ever encountered by Terrans, and turned the tide of the battle to their favor.
The Typhon was, in fact, responsible for the destruction of the GTD Eisenhower and the decimation of the 4th Fleet.
