Inferno R1 Description

Where the Phobos is designed to act as a spearhead in offensive campaigns, the oddly-shaped Alexandria is intended for escort duties. It has no dedicated forward guns, instead having its several light and medium anti-warship beam cannons mounted on its port and starboard flanks. The Alexandria was brought into service because of the expense needed to build Phobos-class corvettes for escort duty - supplementing them with a cheaper, dedicated escort class was found to be the better solution.
