Vasudan Light Laser is the Vasudan equivalent of the ML-16 laser. After the Shivans show up most Vasudan fighters seem to carry the ML-16 and later the Avenger. Later in the campaign it is used by Shivan forces, probably to make several missions easier.

I've tweaked this weapon to be equivalent to the ML-16 (slower fire rate, stronger shots), and it makes the Vasudan fighters in the first four missions a great deal more threatening. However, the stats for the VLL-9 make it more of a token weapon than anything. This gun sucks.
