beam-free
      Sets one or more beam weapons to allow firing for a given ship
      1: Ship to be operated on
      2, 3, etc : List of turrets to activate

Allows the specified beams on the given ship to fire. To free all the beams on a ship use the SEXP beam-free-all instead.
