*Uhm, you're misunderstanding the purpose of the article. All factions in the FS Universe are capable of sending two or more wings at once, so I don't understand why a wing of bomber should be left without escort for about 15-20 seconds. I proposed 1-2 seconds because 0 is innatural and any delay greater than 4 may compromise the validity of messages. Imagine a wingman or CO saying "Incoming bombers with fighter escort!" when there are no hostile fighters near those bombers - that'd be weird. It's even more weird to set a considerable delay, like the one you proposed: the escort would jump in when the bombers are either a) too close to their target or b)nearly decimated(or under heavy attack) so it wouldn't make sense at all. --- [[User:Mobius|Mobius]]

**Ah, okay, so you were referring to bombers and their fighters arriving simultaneously. In that case, 15-20 secs are definitely a long amount of time. Still can't see why a 0 second delay is bad. - [[User:TopAce|TopAce]] 21:53, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

I don't think a 2 second delay is any better than a 0 second one. I'd say a delay of at least 15-20 seconds is much better. - TopAce 21:10, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
