Description:
Nukemod Tech Room Description
The SOF Chaos is based upon a design for an NTF heavy assault fighter. The designs were recovered by an SOC operative working undecover aboard the NTF Icene. A prototype was also captured by an elite SOC squadron. It was later redesigned by the SOC Technologies Division and is now the primary assault fighter of the SOC. The SOC model is a vast improvement over the captured prototype. New engines and lighter armor bring the max speed up by 15 m/s and afterburner capacity is doubled. Shield capacity is also doubled to compensate for less armor. Weapons compatability and capacity was vastly improved by adding a third bank of missiles and an extra gun.
