Created by the pretty cool guy Nighteyes as a replacement for the GVF Shu. The table was actually a testing table not meant for final use. Incidentally, the "VRC" (which should really be VRF) stands for "Vasudan Reformation Camp", the main antagonist faction in the Earth Defense storyline.
