Description:

Nukemod Tech Room Description

The Apis is the first of a new class of attack fighters, capable of wielding massive amounts of firepower. The Apis can be armed with 5 primary weapons and has 2 missile banks that may be armed with warhead loads. The Apis also packs a pair of turrets that each mount a Terran designed 50MM autocannon. It has reasonable speed manuverability for a ship of its size. To facilitate its attack role, it is plated with thick Vasudan Bio-Armor. Although the Apis was originally built as a joint terran-vasudan project, only the PVN has plans to fly them. The GTA will recive a wing of Apis Attack Fighters to evaluate their performance.
