Blue Planet: War in Heaven Tech Room Description
Where the Durga's firepower is considered excessive, the UEB Vajradhara's is considered out of scale. Should the Durga fail to meet set expectations in mission objectives, the even heavier UEB Vajradhara is sent in. This beast is a rare sight on the battlefield however, as its production costs are significant. Should it be deployed, it has adequate self-defense in the form of two high-powered turrets as well as plenty of armor and shielding. The Vajradhara is a fleet bomber, designed to survive and in fact shape engagements between multiple frigates and destroyers.

One of the most powerful fanmade bombers, period. However, it handles like a rock.
The Vajradhara released with R1 was never used in missions, and it is likely that the R2 version will have expanded capabilities when it actually turns up in usable form. You can fly it in the standalone mission Kentauroi Race.
One thing to note about the Vajra in its tertiary bank: the instant you arm it, you cannot immediately fire it, you must wait five seconds so the weapon can be primed (if you take a look at it in external camera view, the firing point is under the three-man cockpit, and the firing "rod" extends from the casing, much like the Archer anti-subsystem gun on the UEF Uriel.
Another note about weapon priming: the Sledgehammers in Secondary Bank 4 are stored under bay doors on the top side. So don't expect to fire them straight away, as they still need a lock on.
