Description:
Casualties of War Tech Room Description
The Phoebus was purpose built to carry the latest Anti-matter based bombs. It's heavily shielded secondary banks allow it to carry the most powerful weapons known to the alliance - including the devastating Tomahawk LRLT Missile.

In Casualties of War, this ship can deal a lot of artillery-based havoc with its Tomahawk long-range missiles (be aware that Tomahawks have the bomb flag and they have a 40 second reload time). Be aware if you're using a Maxim, the Phoebus doesn't have that much juice for gun energy.
